  1. We are distributing stoves to Ukrainian families in need. This winter season we’ve hit the 150 stove mark, and our next step is 200! We are hoping to deliver as many stoves to as many families as we can. After recent attacks on infrastructure, over a million Ukrainians ended up being without power. That’s where we come in. Sponsoring a stove gives Ukrainian families the chance to heat their homes, cook meals, and purify water—pretty basic stuff that a lot of us might not think twice about. It’s a small comfort, but it means the world right now. We’re all hoping for a future where Ukraine beefs up its air defense (looking at you Speaker Johnson) and these kinds of problems will be minimized. Until then, though, let’s pull together and get as many stoves out there as we can for those who really need them. Every bit helps!

    $225 covers the manufacturing, delivery, and installation costs of the stoves, and if you donate the full amount you can leave a message to be put on a plaque. We accept messages in English or Ukrainian. If you choose English, we will translate the message into Ukrainian for you. So far we have seen some beautiful (and sometimes funny) messages!

    **If you cannot fund a full stove that’s okay as we are pooling the small donations together.** This winter, we have already funded 2 stoves that way!

    If you choose to donate through **PayPal**, you will receive an email in 1-2 days that contains a link. This is where you will leave the message you would like to see on the plaque.

    We know LOTS of people are asking if they can get a photo of the family who gets their stove or want their stove to go to a specific area, specific family, etc. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this. Not every family will be willing to share a photo of themselves. Everyone will get a photo of their sponsored stove, however!
