  1. Doesn’t really matter for global warming if it replaced a fossil fuel car in Belgium or Netherlands.

  2. it still reduces emissions in belgium because we get the newer fleet, and whatever countries the older cars are exported to get the same benefit but from the previous generation

  3. Kinda normal. No one wants to buy a BMW with 160,000 km and barely any regard for the longevity of the car. After all, after 4 years it’s no longer your problem. I would never touch a leased car.

    Worst example I know is a guy who used to floor it when the engine was still cold. Still hurts when I think about it.
