  11. I really don’t feel sorry for the girl. Spitting is someones face is the grocest thing one can do to another. If it were me, i don’t think i would ve been able to control my rage. Probably would ve smacked her 5 times as hard as that police officer.
    I also hate to see this click baity news articles where the full story isn’t shown. Its very VERY likely the police officers gave her a ton of decent warnings and chances to cooperate without any violence.

    Ik praat de slag in het gezicht zeker niet goed, maar aan de andere kant wordt het spugen van de 14 jarige in het gezicht van de agent als oké aanvaard? Hoe wil je dat een arrestatie gebeurt? De persoon in kwestie stribbelt tegen, je krijgt iemand die niet meewerkt echt niet in de boeien zonder een tik of stoot.

    Het feit dat een deel van onze maatschappij, zowel jong als oud een basis aan manieren en opvoeding ontbreekt vindt ik vooral heel onrustwekkend. Geweld naar ordediensten is de afgelopen 10 jaar sterk toegenomen.

  28. Je moet tegenwoordig toch verdorie veel zelfcontrole en geduld hebben om hier door te geraken en niet als de boeman gezien te worden. Hoewel ik geen kennis heb van de wetten en regels lees ik wel dat agenten geweld mogen gebruiken bij een arrestatie waar volhoudend verzet is (mits proportioneel) en ik zie de verdachte schoppen en spuwen op de videobeelden. Kan iemand mij dit verder uitleggen met meer kennis van de toepasselijke wetgeving en waarom dit eventueel niet van toepassing was om een boks uit te delen? Minderjarig of meerderjarig, lijkt me een leeftijd waarop je toch wel besef moet hebben dat je bij arrestatie moet luisteren. Of betreft dit iemand met psychische problemen, onder invloed, mentale beperking?
