2. I am a fan of good oration and rhetoric. When it comes from the heart, such things are works of art. This was really good. His presentation had me on the edge of my seat, and his folded hands kept me aware, this is a somber announcement.

   And so did the good Mayor go off to war. And he knows his example, some will follow. War is an invitation to hell.

   He should be considering designs for parks and business development.

   Fuck Putin.
