This is the usual spring conscription. These actually don’t go to Ukraine. More important is what happens to the demobilizing class – it’s likely that a good percentage will be forced to sign contracts, and those are the ones that will end up in Ukraine.
Russians or Central Asians? Citizens or guest workers? Literates or illterates? Drunk or sober? So many questions. That will take 3 months to round them up, and they will be gone in 6 months at the present rate of casualties. Rinse,repeat.
