Are there German based companies that manufactures automatic A4 paper production lines that do cutting, ream wrapping, box packing?

A friend of mine would like to import German or European machines that does automatic A4 paper production from cutting to box packing.

Google search results showed me only made in China machines that sells in Germany.

I would appreciate any info about this.
