I received an SMS which on first glance looks like a legit notification. The link leads to a replica of the DHL tracking page, very believable, and it got updated every day with more so-called failed delivery attempts. There is a button then to request a re-delivery for a 2 EUR fee, and in the next pages they ask for your payment info and billing address, and the most crucial of all, a dropdown with a list where you select the range of your current balance. I‘ve never seen this step before and it got me wondering, but i was being stupid and naive (as i was also in a sleep deprived state) so I gave my info. Later in the day, my bank app notified about a payment attempt for a transaction i did not make. It then dawned on me that the dropdown list was for them to know what price range of unauthorized transactions to make on the provided card.
I tried searching online and couldn’t find any info about this domain, except that it‘s relatively new.
Please don‘t fight me, i have made enough ridicule of myself already for this.
I only want to post this here as a caution.

„…which oh first glance looks like a legit notification.“
Ummm, no! It doesn’t look legit, not even on the first glance, to be honest.
