  1. Good, and point out their failure of breaking the commandment: Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor, which they seem to do *ALL. THE. TIME.*

  2. Now back it up with some real-teeth protections.

You know what all this is truly about.

  3. They shouldn’t give it any more attention than it’s gotten so far. Voters don’t read the backstory, just the headline.

  4. Good. Biden is showing genuine humanity and empathy for trans people and republicans hate that because they hate trans people and want to erase them from society

  5. It’s pretty interesting to see millions of Christians who are ignorant of the fact that their own religious observance is based on Pagan lunar cycles. Interesting…but not surprising.

Judaism has some Pagan roots, too, btw. Christians aren’t the only ones zazzing it up with a little Paganism.

  6. Whenever did something not being accurate/true ever stop people in r/conservative from getting mad about it? I don’t mean this sarcastically, you can go look right now. People are pointing our that Trans Day of Visibility has been Mach 31st for years and only happened to coincide with Easter this year, and yet plenty of angry people respond and call that person a troll and that obviously Joe only made this announcement this year specifically to try and mock Easter.

  7. Three are already numerous days celebrating LGBTQIA+ so this will end up like the rest of the days. After a few days, nobody will remember or even pay attention to it.

In case you didn’t know, March 31 is also Bunson Burner Day.

  8. I hate to sound like an appeaser, but couldn’t this have waited a week?

  9. First of all, Easter falls on a different day every year. Specifically, the first Sunday after the first full moon after the spring equinox. This is not a Christian holiday. This is the most pagan of holidays so the Christians don’t get a say until they can explain how someone can be “resurrected” on a different day every year…I’ll wait.

Second, this year Easter happens to fall on Transgender Day of Visibility, so it makes sense that today would be the day that this would be addressed.
