The richest country in Africa is the Seychelles, at 19,000, second is E. Guinea at 10,000… so no, all these Asian countries are much richer than any country in Africa…
Having been to two of the richest countries in Africa this year, I can firmly say they are not well off. Haven’t been to Qatar or Singapore yet, but I’ve seen pictures, and they are firmly wealthier.
