“Rindeiweiß”, protein from cows.
I agree it’s definitely an r. But since Rinderweiß makes no sense and Rindeiweiß does, i think this is just a typo.
It is a Typo. Rindeiweiß – Beef protein, propably to „glue“ it together
I’d say beef fat. I’ve googled it in german but naught comes up on the fly
