What is “”rinderweiß”? I’ve seen this on two ingredients labels in Germany and I have no idea what it’s supposed to be, is it fat? Is it a weird cut of meat in germany? connective tissue? Google has nothing

  1. I agree it’s definitely an r. But since Rinderweiß makes no sense and Rindeiweiß does, i think this is just a typo.

  2. It is a Typo. Rindeiweiß – Beef protein, propably to „glue“ it together

  3. I’d say beef fat. I’ve googled it in german but naught comes up on the fly
