I’m bloody sure the ones we had at school were much, much bigger than that. I fucking loved the one with the ropes (only because I got away with whipping one of my bullies across the face *and* bollocks with a rope)…

Only time our school ever used this some kid jumped off the top and landed on someone. We didn’t use that again

Cripes this takes me back!! I thought our school was the only one…
My year at primary school was the biggest the school had ever had, so the gym hall was sacrificed for our classroom, this was completed the summer before we started school so only ever got to use the apparatus in nursery. We had to use the church hall across the road with absolutely feck all. I’m 37 now and this post has clearly hit hard lol
I volunteer at my kids school, get to play on it then!
No way! Ours had ropes on it also. Simpler times

My school had the all metal multicoloured Apparatus.
No, of course we never used it.
We used it quite often even after my friend fell off the top of the ladder and had to be carted off to hospital. I don’t know why she made such a fuss as there was. 1” thick mat to land on ffs
