I’ve visited many European cities and Prague has to be my favorite when it comes to architecture. Like something out of a fairytale.
I’m so visiting Prague when the war is over, given I live to see the day. Wanted to visit in 2020 with my then girlfriend (now wife), had plans to propose in this beautiful city. But then covid happened and Czech became super closed, the rest is history as well 🙂
Any tips from locals about whar to visit when in Prague are very welcome. Bars & restaurants are also please :-). Will be there for 4-5 days end of July.
One of my favorite cities to visit. Very unique and relatively untouched during the big war. Parking is a bit of a nightmare.
visited it for 5 times last 7 years and def not the last, beautiful city
It’s like Budapest but they actually give a shit about renovating the buildings
Mesmerisingly overcrowded
My ex missed her connecting flight while traveling to me once. She stayed in Prague for few hours.
I think she enjoyed Prague more than she enjoyed the rest of the week with me
Stunning pictures!
It is. Prague is the most beautiful city I’ve ever been to.
I always hear about it and have always kind of wanted to go some day.
I went to Prague back when I was in the 8th grade for an international MUN/WSC event. It was beautiful suffice to say.
Severely underrated city
Amazing architecture, amazing city but I totally felt how sick the locals are of tourists and I don’t blame them.
Wonderful city, truly. Such a same there are cars literally everywhere
I’ve been there twice. Awful for cycling. City centre made up of airbnb accomodations. A LOT of cars and parkings. The architecture is really amazing, but I do find that the city severely lacks green spaces. Not to mention the fact that it’s a very tourist oriented place, with all it entails. It makes for great pictures, though.
Did you see the statue of a man pissing? And the monkey with the golden balls?
It really is in real life! Pictures are not even close to how gorgeous it is!
Gonna get downvoted for sure, but I was there a second time last year and I kind of didn’t like it that much. It was nice, the castle and the views there are nice, but it didn’t live up to all the hype for me.
It’s Prague after all, saying that is not mesmerizing would be a treachery.
Hi Czech here So happy that you like Prague.
Try looking at it through a mirror, maybe that will weaken it’s power
