1. can’t help but feel that any coach that will be brought in will be booted in the next summer the very second we don’t look like 12/13 summer and Klopp/Xabi show any signs of willingness to come here

2. We need major changes, this squad has been too underproductive and too expensive for the fact Bayern cannot afford to waste money and dither time. The lack of identity and leadership after Müller is damning. There is no succession plan. Bayern need to become a team again — this means Bayern need to break the deadlock and status quo.

3. De Zerbi vs Nagelsmann is the decision the bosses are weighing.

   I am fascinated with the attacking tactics from De Zerbi and think they would work quite well with our personnel, especially with building out of the back. Although defensively, I am not confident in his abilities and given it’s quite a problem for the team now, it makes it even more difficult to be fully behind him. I also see the bosses not having much patience with him.

   Nagelsmann on the other hand has a proven track record, great attacking organization, and is defensively well organized. With him, I can imagine more backing from the bosses and patience. Paired with Eberl, I think we will have much better recruitment.

   Personally I think Nagelsmann deserves the job and would back him, but De Zerbi is interesting. we would be playing extremely dangerous attacking football, which would lead to some very fun results.

   What are your pros and cons with the two and why would you prefer one over the other?
