Looked like the 1940s Japanese pilots are now on the game.
I could be mistaken, but it looked like a single prop plane that hit this facility in tartarstan.

The US is whining now because they don’t want Russian oil off the market, they said that was part of the deal. I thought the deal was to provide security in exchange for Ukraine returning nukes (Budapest Memorandum).
