  2. Well TBF it doesn’t take much time or effort to come up with an idea like “Why don’t we just kill them all?”

  3. The participants of this monstrous conference were, with few exceptions, not charged for anything in the decades to come.

  4. They made a film about this in 2001, called Conspiracy. Despite the appalling subject matter it’s a good film and really interesting.
