I was at the grocery store the other day, self checkout line, and there was an employee standing their watching all of us ring our items up.
This was obviously a man, he was large, with a beard, wearing mens clothes. He had some pink nail polish on his fingernails but considering how the rest of him was presented, I thought he was just a weirdo.
On my way out, he said thank you, and I said thank you sir, he said actually it’s Ma’am.
To think this grocery store employee could have me arrested for insulting him is insane.

If they arrested her, her lawyers would make that law obsolete and they know it, that is why no arrest.

At this point, she could write a main kampf equivalent, explicitly calling for violence against transgender people and she’d get away with it.
In a way, arresting her would be an act of mercy, saving her from a life at this point mainly dedicated to discriminating from a position of power an already struggling minority.
Imagine trying to arrest someone for misgendering someone. I am so glad here in the United States we have freedom of speech.
