  1. We’re fucked. We already blew past the point of no return when it comes to the climate. We’re in the “smoke em if you’ve got em” phase now, and soon these will be the good old days.

  2. We can’t control the other countries. But we can make that market completely unprofitable for them, forcing them to voluntarily close, only to then phase it out once we control it. Atleast that’s how I’d do it 😉

  3. Fuel costs are in everything, the government’s trying to keep inflation in check

  4. They were careless people … they smashed up things and creatures and then retreated back into their money or their vast carelessness or whatever it was that kept them together, and let other people clean up the mess they had made . . . .

  5. “hm what? Oh, that? Uh wasn’t it over already? Oh well, we’ll come back to it in a bit”

  6. Oil is needed for a lot of other things modern products, not only gasoline. Plus, is enough to compare the price of gas , 2$/ liter in eu with us prices and realize that something is fishy. The whole point of reducing something is to create scarcity because that increases price of that product.

  7. I have accepted that climate change is going to happen and governments will only give lip service to fighting it.

From what I understand the northern european plain (from northern france to the baltic) is one of the few regions that will be positively affected by climate change, so you know where to go boys.
