  14. Notably Russia isn’t in there . Suppose historically subjugating your neighbours and still doing it to this day means you have very little soft power

    Got nothing in the military left. Either it has been given to Ukraine, or is to old to function properly. Ship cannons that can not fire. Missiles never delivered. Ammunition shortage or to old to work properly. Buildings falling apart from lack of maintenance. Personel leaving and no replacements being trained.

    I suspect this one has been pushed out by India to try and make its position appear more elevated than it is.
