What a great team these two have been! Sanders helped architect the president’s agenda – one of the most progressive in US history – while Biden has been second to none in getting major bills passed into law. Drug pricing is just one of many victories for the American people these two can claim. And it’s a victory that the previous administration promised but didn’t deliver, as usual.
And I was really struck watching the [press conference](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KXV1g4Fd71M) – here were two dynamic and energetic leaders declaring a huge victory over big pharma where everyone else had failed, and vowing even more to come… and they’re 81 and 82 years old! And this was only one of a number of similar victories for these two particular octogenarians.
