  1. Don’t need to go to a restaurant to have bread and sausage mate

  2. Although this is obviously about good food vs bad food I found Hungarian cuisine somewhat acceptable.

  3. There is no such thing as French cuisine. It’s just bread, cheese and then animals, like horses, frogs snails and Belgians.

  4. I hope ppl are ironic when they say good vs bad food but… Here we go

Southern countries can have local food because lots of people go there for holydays who would like to try those, i dont really see a reason to eat our own cuisine at a restaurant when grandma makes the same stuff…

  5. Sorry dude but this is a reverse burn. No ruling class country would be red on a map like this.

I mean honestly, wasting your time on local food culture is for Mexicans. And European Mexicans (pigs).

  6. Dutch: if there isn’t a Prime Minister on the menu i’m not eating here

  7. Where I live ours is completly false. For my town other then a pizzeria a pitta place and a Chinese restaurant we have like 5 frietkoten, maybe 3 bistros serving Flemish classics and a couple of more high end restaurants. Maybe if you take the survey in Brussels it might be true.

  8. I’d argue we invented the sandwich therefore sandwich shops count as local cuisine.   Baguette Jamon, English imitation of a ham sandwich cunt.

Your most eaten cuisine is probably English now Pierre, how does that feel?

  9. why the fuck would i go to a restaurant for a cottage pie?

  10. I’ve always wondered if foreigners, frenchies in particular, know that also us italians eat horsemeat, snails and frogs (and german women before their transforming into boilers, of course).
Did any of you knew that?

  11. Any fellow Barry’s see many french restaurants outside of London?
Map is bullshit, far more italian, spanish, Greek, Turkish, Chinese, indian even brazilian places than french.

  12. Don’t believe this.

The French eat more burgers and pizzas than the rest of Europe combined.

  13. The most popular restaurant type is the good food type, in every country.

  14. That’s what happens when your country has actually food 😎

  15. We love our Chinese food in Ireland :)) (even though the main thing we get is a spice bag and isn’t even traditionally Chinese)
