  1. When I quit my last job I also started working with a renewed energy because I knew I was out of there soon

  2. ❗️There are more and more voices in the club that are betting on the continuity of Xavi. Within the dressing room there are players who think that Xavi will change his mind and eventually decide to continue.

The players see the coach with a different spirit. He is very motivated and they believe that he has freed himself and taken off the pressure.

  3. Yeah he’s not staying. And I say fair play to him.

You can see it in him, he’s been ripped apart by the media and more importantly the fans when he’s not getting results and I think he knows as soon as next season starts and he gets a few more players injured and we drop points, all the reasons he wants to leave will resurface.

  4. If he goes there will be trouble and if he stays it will be double. So come on and let us know. Should Xavi stay or should he go?

  5. He’s not staying. I’d be surprised if he changes his mind regardless if he wins a trophy this season or not. Hopefully the club has already selected a few worthy replacements and respects Xavi’s decision to leave.

I think it’d be great for Xavi’s managerial career to take a job with less pressure, so that he can polish his skills and hopefully return one day here with a lot more experience.

  6. We are going to try to “convince” Xavi to stay until the summer and end up going for Rafa Marquez instead. This board is just winging it, complete lack of ambition. Its not actively destroying the club which Barto and Rosell did for 10 years but goddamn has Laporta been a dissapointment.

  7. Unfortunately all it takes is another big loss, either in the next El Classico or against PSG, and everyone will be demanding his exit yet again. I think it’s time.

  8. I can easily see him staying if they get him a DM like Zumbimendi. Dude wants to leave because of unfair expectations of the fans demanding 1st and champions when the team is still in a rebuild and are missing the most important position in his system.
