Nope. Most were considering allowing Ukraine to join before the Russian invasion including the US. However, they were too corrupt. There were plans to correct this, and Ukraine was improving, but let’s not pretend that anyone wanted Ukraine in and the US was the sole reason they were not.
It would also be false to state that most of NATO wants Ukraine to join right now. A random politician does not speak for a nation.
