  7. DEI is the new scapegoat for Corporate America. An easy excuse and distraction from the truthful and boring reality that most companies and universities around the country tried to save money by hiring non-union workers.

  8. I think DEI is a band aid fix for much bigger issues we have but it is hilarious legacy students are a thing while they cry about DEI in universities.
