   [Inter Xtra] The “Jdentità Bianconera”, a not-for-profit foundation created by Juventus fans to ‘defend the value of the Juventus world’ has filed a complaint to the:

   •Rome Public Prosecutor’s Office
   •Milan Public Prosecutor’s Office
   •FIGC Public Prosecutor’s Office
   •COVISOC, the body that oversees and regulates the financial parameters of all clubs,

   concerning the economic guarantees of #Inter and it’s ownership group.

   The complaint has raised questions about “Gran Tower”, an entity created by Suning in the context of a new financing plan for #Inter back in 2021 to act as the direct major shareholder under Suning.

   Jdentità Bianconera outlines that Gran Tower has never released any financial statements and has raised doubts that the company can provide “adequate financial coverage to #Inter.”

   Then, the complaint raises concerns about the Oaktree loan and #Inter’s apparent “chronic lack of economic balance and business continuity”, explaining that in order to REGISTER for the Serie A, “business continuity” is a must, according to Article 85 of FIGC rules.

   The complaint will be heard by the combination of different offices at the beginning of next week and if deemed appropriate, an investigation will take place.
