Nothing would really change, as even just for the mental aspect of it, it’s too late now for the first Arsenal game, to really do anything…
That said, we should’ve axed Tuchel after Leverkusen immediately!
Now, I doubt anyone wants to come in for a handful of games and with a squad that is both mentally and physically at the lowest it has ever been for most of these players.

Arsenal 5:1 Bayern is coming.
Good decision the club doesnt wanna repeat the same mistake and fire the coach before ucl quarter finals. Let him eat what he cooked and let his managerial stock fall down to the ground.

Call me delusional but I am more and more sure we‘ll best Arsenal
They should sack him after the arsenal game, if we dont lose too bad maybe an interim coach can turn it around for the return leg.
I firmly believe we’re going to pull another Lazio, lose in the first leg then rebound in the second. When we face City/Real we’ll be destroyed, though, there’s no miracles against them.
This is probably not going to be popular around here, but what else were they supposed to do? The new coach for the upcoming season would not be available at the moment (assuming it is really going to be Nagelsmann or De Zerbi), and I can’t think of anyone who I would consider to be able to bring about a positive change in the team at an instance and who would realistically be willing to take over the job only on a temporary basis.
Additionally, the management could bring itself into quite a dilemma if said caretaker coach would actually manage to win the CL and there are the then inevitable discussion why he isn’t allowed to continue instead of the new guy (especially if the new guy is Nagelsmann after a poor showing of the German NT at the Euro).
We can’t play any worse with a caretaker surely? What’s stopping them from pulling the trigger on Tuchel?
