2. Beatrice – Dad can you do a Newsnight interview at short notice?

3. I mean questioning the sharpness of intellect of the sprog of Andrew and fergie is a bit of an open goal

4. Andrew should have brought a solicitor or a PR person, not Beatrice. He had agreed to this interview and should have been adequately prepared to ensure he didn’t stick both feet in it.

   Better still he shouldn’t have done the interview in the first place. _Even better still once again_ he shouldn’t have done it without telling even his mother. I can only imagine how Prince Philip would have reacted to this, probably turned purple.

6. Beatrice couldn’t even get a wedding dress designer, as Andrew’s brand was so toxic. I think she hoped this would improve his reputation and she could have the big occasion wedding that her sister had. That she didn’t see the issues as it was being recorded would indicate she isn’t too savvy. In the end, Covid meant she gave up and wore granny’s old dress.

7. I don’t think there was anything he could have done once he agreed to the interview, he just oozes arrogance & entitlement, the moment he pompously strode down the picture gallery on camera, he had lost the public.

   I didn’t think it was a particularly clever interview, Emily Matliss has proved to be a bit of a lightweight both before & after, the skill was just getting him to agree to do it, his goose was cooked from that moment
