Party of law and order undermining international law. How do they square support for illegal settlements with a commitment to helping Ukrainian refugees return home? Is it also okay to pour funds into Russian settlements in eastern Ukraine?
Fine Gael love a good lecture on law and order and virtue signal but god damn if they fold the second they got to actually take action.

Would love to know what genius believed this to be “anti-semitic”. Then again, why should we expect anything from a party born from fascism.
Has Coveney or the Attorney General given an explanation of why the bill isn’t legally sound besides ‘the AG said so’? The explanation that sanctions are an EU matter seems a bit beside the point since the bill is regarding any illegally occupied territories even if it is in response to Israel.

This is honestly so devastating. We’ve been watching a live streamed genocide for months and NOTHING has been done. Every time I think there is hope for Palestine it’s shat on immediately.
I’ve completely lost hope with our government and I’m constantly furious at the us. How can people be so comfortable not caring that 2 million people are suffering and being slaughtered!
I feel so hopeless and have no faith left in democracy or the UN. It’s like everything I thought I knew is crumbling.
It’s a struggle to keep my mental health at this point and god knows how bad it is in Palestine.
