Imagine an electric car for $2,000! China’s Wuling already sells EV for $6,000, but now has a new and much cheaper model called “Lingdan” that also looks pretty damn cool. Good for the environment, good for the economy, good for many people.

1. Yeah. Then the people crying now that they can‘t get one will complain that it can‘t get up to highway speeds.

2. Chinas offloading cheap crap onto the rest of the world amid slowing demand and property debt crisis. I guess if we ignore that this is essentially a death trap that would never pass safety regulations or be viable to the US market I guess it looks ok. 

3. Unlikely it will be allowed in the West because protectionism. Screw the environment, screw low income workers, look after Musk. That will be how it goes.
