Looks really tasty! Is it like rolled up and then placed in the baking form? It looks like it has a swirl. Maybe just coincidence.
That’s a really tasty looking Reindling! I love it when it has lots of raisins.
I make mine with a bit of carob powder along with the sugar (brown and white) and cinnamon. And I usually soak the raisins in rum(and a bit of water) for at least a few days.
