Scam, but nothing new. Scammers have used Posti like this c. 15 years.

My dad got one of these but they used a number from Iran? some middle east country
99% of emails that contain internet addresses are scams. It has been from when the internet was born that way. That’s why banks, kela and so on don’t write internet addresses to emails.
Postihan tietty käyttää intialaista numeroa ja vielä RCS chattia, eli viestittelee internetin kautta, tottahan toki 😀
Got one of these a couple of days back, too.
Freaking scammers.
Yeah, I received the same one, incidentally at the same time as I do have an actual parcel coming in from Canada – but Finnish Post doesn’t use URL shorteners, or foreign phone numbers, and additionally I can always check OmaPosti so it only caused momentary confusion for me.
I got this message from Tadzhikistan 😂
If posti doesn’t say go to your omaposti it can be assumed as scam. Also they would never say finland post😂
Using foreign contact information is not necessarily so strange. A few years ago, when everybody were aroused by the gospel of globalisation, organisations were transfer transferring their functions where ever it seemed to be cheap. If it did not work, accusing the customer was easy.
About Suomen Posti: I have had disappointed a few times and heard frustrated people’s stories. So, if possible, don’t use it!
I mean before clicking any links i recommend to go look at the official website
