Looks like detectors for combat simulators.
In some exercises you put a laser on your gun that fires when you fire the gun, and you also wear sensors to see if you get hit.

My guess would be hit detectors for some kind of simulator that military uses for training.
Some kind of battle simulator gear. Big boys laser tag.

They are part of the KASI-simulator traning system made by Saab. As some have already said they detect lasers attached to the barrel of rifles to know when someone shot at you
