Millennials are exhausted by working more for less

1. There’s less carrot dangling from the stick that keeps people willing to work their lives away in hope of one day being able to stop doing so and actually live.

2. People work less than they did in the 1990s. Almost 3hrs less per week.

   It’s just not true people are working “more for less”

3. The entitlement and victim mentality is strong.
