Hi,
I passed my driving test in automatic category 8 months ago and afterwards successfully applied and received my Manual Learner’s license.
However for the life of me, I just cannot figure out how to book a driving test in myroadsafety to upgrade the license.
I keep getting the notification that you have already passed the test and if I start a new goal, I am being told to take a theory test again (which NDLS says is not [required](https://www.ndls.ie/about/upgrade-an-automatic-car-licence-to-manual-licence.html)).
Anyone has any experience in doing this upgrade since they introduced the new system?
I have tried calling RSA and NDLS but I unfortunately use a UK number and somehow they automatically cancel calls from outside Ireland apparently.

I think you’ll need to figure out how to call from a different number tbh
I’m afraid you’re wasting your time trying to ring the NDLS number anyway. And sending them an email takes weeks to get a reply, but if I were you, I would send them an email.
