To be fair, they should be! I have a friend who runs a cafe, and she says the Foods Standards Agency are thorough with their inspections. They got a 4 on their last inspection, and they run a tight ship in terms of hygiene. So absolutely these guys should be proud of their 5!
As they should be. Most shops could obly dream of passing yet miraculously, probably with some bribing, they do.
Probably a proper hard-working bastard and these things ratify that.
