The department says that under the procedural guidance of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The Prosecutor General’s Office informs that on April 7, a video was published on one of the Telegram channels, which recorded the Russian military shooting three captured servicemen.

The Prosecutor General’s Office emphasized that “once again, representatives of the Russian Federation demonstratively ignore the provisions of the Geneva Convention relative to the treatment of prisoners of war, which indicates the support of such actions by the highest command of the Russian Armed Forces.”

If you haven’t seen the video and don’t have thick skin don’t watch it. Most of us here in this forum are pretty familiar with the actions of the Russians and have already been desensitized. Reminds me of Shaduras execution. There are many hero’s that have been murdered this way. Be cautious about what you’re viewing even though I understand you want to support Ukraine and feel strongly about it even I sometimes must take mental health breaks from just constantly watching fkd up things from this war but my support for Ukraine will always be strong . I am beginning to hate Russian people personally. My Russian American female friends, I’ve already distanced myself from. Some of the things that came out of their drunk mouths about Ukrainians was so disgusting. They think they are superior people when it comes to Ukrainian Americans. My Fiance is Russian. I am not sure the shit coming out of her mouth is because she is being monitored. All she cares about lately is bitcoins, dogecoins, shib coins, book of meme coins, etc.
