2. China’s behavior is outrageous. All considered, China is telling the world it is not a reliable partner.

   There may be situations where a cynical attitude can be understood and even, under specific circumstances, also appropriate.

   This is not the case.

   russia’s aggression of Ukraine is unacceptable at all levels. Only a demented can think it may have some legitimacy.

   So yes, let take China dor what it is, an unreliable, shortsighted actor.

   We’d better get ready. As a European, I really think we have to get our sh*t together, now.

   PS. I always write russia and putin in lowercase. I’d love to see this more and more.

3. I had someone question me why the U.S cares if China is helping Russia, since the West is helping Ukraine.

   I pointed out that the West is aiding Ukraine to defend itself and China is aiding Russias war of aggression. Big difference. They of course pointed at us helping Israel wage war and I again pointed out the war is against terrorist organizations such as HAMAs, Houthis and Hezbollah. Granted not that I support everything my country does, but there is a big missing component to some of these arguments.

7. This is why its important to support Ukraine. Its not just because its the right thing to do. Everyone should also understand that totalitarian coutries are forming new evil axis and they have big plans. They will absolutely exploit any western weakness. The only hope to stop this is a projection of power. If anyone in the U.S. thinks this wont affect them later, they are very uninformed or stupid. Or both.
