4. Honestly, I don’t see how this is going to be stopped without proper deterrence aimed at the interior of Russia. Of course Russia would start complaining about humanitarianism and stuff despite what they’ve been doing (they’re always like this), but right now Russia is essentially raiding others without bearing enough risks of their own, so they’re going wild.
