The feller writing the letter had just retired as Chief Coroner of England and Wales and obviously felt that free of office he could firmly pin the blame where he saw it.
Crozier and the other CEO’s all have their excuses lined up for their forthcoming appearances at the inquest. I doubt whether any prosecutions will arise from it and the salaries and pensions earned during their tenure touched. The establishment rarely turns on its own members…

Let’s not forget he was also CEO of ITV whose powerful drama managed not to mention him at all.
He always looked like a smarmy git. Scotland’s favourite corporate arsehole, cut jobs, increase profitability, move on before the consequences of the cuts filter to the bottom line.. what a tube.
