We are in the back end of the season now and things like this happening is not fair for Everton. And if they appeal and get it reduced again, then it’s not fair on the teams around them.
Heaven forbid Everton go down by 1 point and this gets appealed and revoked. The PL would then be liable for millions in a lawsuit by Everton all because they couldn’t wait for everything to be processed.
