5 years they have had to prepare for this. 5 fucking years. The mind boggles at their ineptitude.
Sounds like a problem with France, considering they keep mentioning Calais.
Is that why I can’t buy food right now that doesn’t expire tomorrow?
Maybe unrelated but I’ve started to see shortages in the shops again.
Small price to pay for all the extra freedom we have. Just think of all the benefits…
Can’t be true, Boris told me that brexit was over and it’s a great success.
Anyone who believed that leaving the EU would reduce red tape is either a fool, or an idiot. The whole point of free movement of goods and labour within the EU was to reduce red tape.
It’s a fucking shit show at the moment. I’m still getting trucks through however it’s significantly harder to do than ever before.
At the start of January, I was trying to arrange for a collection from Hungary and being told that the number of logistic providers willing to transport food stuffs to the UK was low as everyone was worried about getting caught in customs on the off chance that paperwork wasn’t completed properly.
This is not *just* red tape, it’s red, white *and* blue tape. All very patriotic.
But someone will be making money out of it. Probably a friend of Boris.
Where ever there is a serious fuck up, and it was looked into very deeply, the name Boris would pop up. There big money to be made from fuck ups .
And yet on the trucking forums nobody is reporting it and are also claiming it’s bullshit.
It is not new. It was entirely predicted before Brexiteers voted for it.
