Charles de Gaulle was badly wounded on that bridge in the early days of the First World War
I went there this summer. I visited the fort. I’m afraid of heights. I fucking shat my pants up there. But that’s a lovely little city.

I went there last summer ! The saxophone bridge and the fortress-museum were both amazing !
They told me to just go. It’s a big river, they said. No one would be able to tell I did…
This needs more sharpening, more artificial HDR and more saturation.
Dinant – I’m getting strong Celtic vibes from this name. Nant in Welsh is narrow valley, Di(n)is reminicent of Dinas (city/fortress) but I could be wide of the mark. Any ideas folks?
