Notary question

Maltese guy in malta here . I don't have a broker's profession, but i fixed a meeting between a seller and a buyer and the buyer seems to be interested in buying (property). I wanted to ask, so if this business is done as should be before a notary and the agreement and the contract are made, am i entitled for brokerage fee or not ?
