Germany to Order Ships, Armored Vehicles Worth Up to €7 Billion

2. Hmmm odd. You’d think that being on the same landmass as Russia you’d go all out for land based defense.

3. The 2 frigates are not extra orders. Those had been planned already.

   Edit: Also just for understanding for those not naval enthusiasts: Germany has basically several models of the same , each has a bigger emphasis on certain tasks . That makes the range of frigates include what others would call a destroyer for example.
