  1. You can definitely use Google Translate (with your phone camera) for these, but:

    * ΟΝΟΜΑΤΕΠΩΝΥΜΟ ΠΕΛΑΤΗ = Customer name and surname
    * ΚΩΔΙΚΟΣ ΠΕΛΑΤΗ = Customer code
    * ΑΡΙΘΜΟΣ ΛΟΓΑΡΙΑΣΜΟΥ = Account number
    * ΝΟΜΙΣΜΑ = Currency
    * ΠΡΟΪΟΝ = Product
