Hello, I keep getting DB VERTRIEB 42 EUROS transaction on my account despite never ever buying any DB ticket. I tried mailing db without success. I have never bought a deutschland ticket and by the mater of fact my account was long cancelled.
Anyone having simillar issues?

    What is in Addition Information?

    Did you buy any other Ticket? Or any bahncard?

  2. Somebody is using your Bank Data for direct Debit transactions. Probably a scammer who is selling these tickets afterwards. Easy Solution would be to cancel the direct debiting authorization in your online banking and chargeback all mysterious transactions.

    Also I’d Change all Passwords / PINs on any (mail) accounts I have and also file a complaint with the local police authorities.

  3. Have you looked at what it says under “Additional information”?

    Perhaps you once took out a monthly season ticket for regional transport and never cancelled it?

    Otherwise, what u/Confident-Bed9452 writes is very likely.
