I hope they get justice. I met a taxi driver years and years ago who told me about how he’d been abused at Celtic Boys Club. He actually parked up the taxi, paused the meter, and told me about. I felt really bad for him, it was clearly something that had really marked him for life and he was still struggling with it and how the club seemed to have covered it up all.
Horrible stuff.
Being a child in the 70s and 80s must have been like running a fucking gauntlet of molesters and abusers. What a grim era to grow up in.
about time, pathetic celtic had to be forced into it after claiming the boys club was a seperate entity for years, i imagine there are going to be many more victims coming forward now
