  1. She and her fuckwit followers are probably well proud of themselves taking up all that police time and preventing them from investigating real crimes.

And they still think that they’re the victims.

  2. The SNP created the biggest waste of police time imaginable, by making people scared of saying anything online.

  3. She’s such a fucking loser that reeks to having no real friends outwith Twitter

    Desperate to be a victim

Edit: I see her fluffers are out.

  4. She’s just so fucking boring. I don’t know why people are still insisting on giving her the oxygen

  5. I really can’t imagine being that rich and spending my time trolling the police and bullying a marginalised community.

  6. Not making any judgment on what she is saying, for or against. But how can she be wasting police time by running her mouth or her thumbs. Surely the people who report her are the ones potentially wasting police time? Seriously, if you want her to go away then stop talking about her.

  7. Pretty sure she’s doing nothing new. It’s the butt hurt people reporting her over nothing that’s wasting police time.

  8. It’s you lot that keep talking about her….

  9. What was actually said:

    >Writing in her column in The National, a pro-independence newspaper, Ms Adam took aim at “deliberate provocations seen in recent times where individuals had tested the boundaries of the legislation”.

    >She added: “[They] do more than just waste police time, they strike at the very core of our societal values.

    >“These actions aren’t just about challenging a legal framework, they question our collective resolve to build a community where hatred finds no home.”

    >Ms Adam went on to warn that while people were free to speak as they wished, they could not do so free from “consequences”.

    >She raised the case of a trans constituent who had told her of the “discrimination and fear” they experienced due to dehumanising “online debates over their life”.

    >She added: “Freedom of speech is indeed a cherished principle, vital to the being of our democracy – but it’s not absolute. It comes with the responsibility to not harm others intentionally.”

Rowling wasn’t mentioned, definitely not like the headline makes out. It is just assumed to reference her given what Rowling did:

    >On the first day that the Hate Crime and Public Order (Scotland) Act came into force, Rowling deliberately “misgendered” a series of high-profile trans women, calling them men and challenging Police Scotland to arrest her.

Not making a comment either or, just pointing out what was actually said.

  10. If I say something and someone reports me to the police, only for the police to decide what I said is not illegal, how am I the one wasting police time there?

  11. They won’t charge JK with anything because it will make her a martyr. The hate crime law is there to silence dissent from the majority over certain interest groups and the fact that every major political party supported it means that they’ll never let go of such a power to silence the public.

  12. Best thing for this dribbling arse hole would be if we all just ignored her and her crap franchise

  13. ‘Freedom of speech is indeed a cherished principle, vital to the being of our democracy – but it’s not absolute. It comes with the responsibility to not harm others intentionally.”

So we don’t have freedom of speech any more basically.

She said the bit she wasn’t meant to say out loud.

  14. Holy fuck who the hell am I going to vote for? Everyone is becoming a pretend political, I refuse to believe people who run a country are just clout chasing all the time. But fucking hell it’s hard to feel like that’s not what I’m seeing. The rake of them are joke.

  15. Must be wonderful to live in a crime free Scotland where the only thing they have to worry about is someone being offended by something someone has said.

  16. Just like all other melts who are ‘proving’ the law is a waste of time by filing false complaints.

Of course we have no real idea if the law is completely unworkable because the aforementioned melts are spamming our poor polis with complete pish.

  17. SNP is wasting police time with hate law provocations suggests JK Rowling

  18. OK but look at her face. Why do people do this make up? Is it Dementor cosplay?

  19. I wish for everything that JK Rowling wishes on trans people, to happen to JK Rowling.

  20. Who does she hate, sorry out of up too scratch with this one.

  21. Get her arrested for wasting police time and being a public nuisance then…

  22. I’m begging for there to be some moderation of posts about this fucking law. I miss the posts about people asking if Scotland’s safe for french people and if there’s any restaurants in Glasgow.

  23. My kingdom to not have to hear about this fucking ghoul and her shitty opinions every five minutes.

  24. And arresting people for telling a mean joke isn’t? We’re living in a clown world
