7. So what is happening in the video is the ” drunk russian soldiers” are actually some kind of Law enforcement (FSB maybe) and trying to take the people in the car into custody. Police break the law too.

10. I guess that’s what happens when you empty the prisons to swell the size of the army. I’m surprised the courts haven;t just started sentencing criminals to military service instead of prison.

    So Russia is largely a shithole with corruption at every level of government, whether state or local so when dams break and bridges collapse I guess someone involved in the building has skimped on the building materials or has don something shitty to fill their pockets whilst everyone else can go tak a running jump, that sounds kind of Russian to me
