  1. The prolonged Russian GPS spoofing in the Baltic Sea poses significant risks not just in terms of safety but also economic repercussions. The call for NATO to intervene underscores the need to address this issue promptly, especially considering its impact on regional stability and security.

  2. Give Ukraine the weapons needed and they will destroy the facility jamming the GPS. No danger of escalation that way.

  3. NATO should step up with naval presence in the Baltic Sea ASAP. NAVO should also send more troops and equipment in the Baltic countries to secure these countries against any dirty game Russia WILL play in the near future. When the unavoidable embarrarassing defeat comes knocking at Putin’s door, he will pull any string he can find to sow chaos and division.

  4. Here is an in-cockpit view and experience of what problems GPS jamming introduces on a commercial flight: https://youtu.be/4dG_Whxzdkk (@ 14.20)

Clocks running backwards, false positive terrain warnings forcing them to turn off layers of protection.

  5. Let’s just mag dump half our arsenal on putins regimes face and then say it wasn’t us. Fuck ’em.

  6. Met some Canadian sailors in a bar in Iceland, said they had to maintain radio silence because the Russians would sneak into their formations and spoof cell service to steal the men’s data

  7. If you think this is scary now, imagine what will happen if Trump wins. Russia would just resort to interdicting “suspicious” ferries, filtering their passengers, and returning political expatriates to their prison gangs or torturing them to death. They’d hijack airplanes and land them in Russia for their passengers to be ransomed off or enslaved. This is what best friend North Korea used to do, and is the model Putin is adopting.
