Hello, yesterday evening I went to our old apartment to collect some stuff and saw power cord running through our storage door (for god now how long) in our (asocial) neighbor apartments (there are 8 of them living there all are burger geld people). We have contacted the police, our old apartment owner and renting firm. We will file lawsuit together with the owner and the renting firm. My question is should we file the lawsuit for breaking and entering as well?

  1. Of course. I mean, all that krugerrand gold is gone! /s

    Joke aside, yes, do.

  2. This is fucked up on so many levels. It’s obviously a fire risk if they plug everything into that one extension cable. It’s an hazard as you have a cable running all the way on the staircase (I assume no one else lives there or they would have noticed it). I would certainly consider filing for breaking and entering too which I assume is how they engineered that to begin with.

There’s no chance your landlord allowed them to without your knowledge when you were gone, right? (I assume not because that would be bonkers, but just doing due diligence). Best of luck!

  3. Bürgergeld, not Burgergeld 🤣 I am literally getting hungry when you said Burgergeld (🍔💰)

now, to what I actually came here to say:

    > My question is should we file the lawsuit for breaking and entering as well?

    ^(yes.)

    Yes.

    # Yes.

    # ABSOLUTLY YES!

  4. i can’t even change the light fixture in my Dachboden without the inspector bearing down on me but these dudes somehow can run an extension cable down the stairs 😂

  5. You do not file a lawsuit for criminal charges, you report it to the police/public prosecutors office and the later decides if they bring it to criminal court.
